This is a photo documentary blog about special women. Women who, one way or another, lost their husband. It tells how 'being a widow' changes their lives. It tells how different societies and cultures treat widows. I photographically collect their stories to create awareness of their plight.
I found out yesterday that still, since my first knowledge in 2008, widows in Barcelona march the streets every month. They demonstrate against their deplorable situations concerning widows pensions....
